Techfocus Media handles post-production, moderator, promotion, hosting, and lead tracking for one year. |

After Techfocus Media, Inc. receives a signed insertion order, inventory is reserved and the following cancellation policy applies:
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to the scheduled publication date, cancellation fee is 100% of the contracted price for the cancelled services.
If cancelled 6 months to 31 days prior to the scheduled publication date, cancellation fee is 50% of the contracted price for the cancelled services.
If cancelled more than 6 months prior to the scheduled publication date, cancellation fee is 25% of the contracted price for the cancelled services.
